Welcome to my little Blog site. Somewhere to share some experiences and information to help others and give some insight into some of my world in the Information Technology Profession.
I’ve spent 20+ years across the Architecture, Design, Implementation and Operational support & maintenance functions with a lean on the Network side of things working both within Private & Government Corporate environments within the Finance and Health sectors across the Compute/Network stack using a variety of tools & methods such as traditional DC Infrastructure as well as Virtualised & Cloud infrastructure including SDN primarily across Microsoft, VMware, Juniper & Cisco technologies with experiences in other platforms as well. I’ve held some certifications along the way as well depending on requirements of the time.
This is just a small overview to give some context on my background experience with regards to what I’m blogging about.
Any scripts here have been openly publicly posted here as my way of giving back to the IT community, your decision to use the scripts is of course at your own risk. I’ve done as much testing as practicable however this does not mitigate unexpected outcomes in data output or file comparisons. If I find issues at some point I’ll always try to apply them where referenced on the blog as timely as possible.
